Our custom mouse monoclonal antibody service adopts the hybridoma (fusion) technology to produce large numbers of highly specific monoclonal antibodies.
Antibody-secreting B cells are immortalized by merging B lymphocytes and myeloma cells in the immunized mouse. The hybridoma cell line secreting the monoclonal antibody is then selected using limited dilution cloning. The monoclonal antibody is produced on a large scale by amplifying the culture of the cell strain.

1、 5 BALB/c mice will be immunized, and the best mouse will be chosen for fusion.
